(1) Government of Nepal shall provide a government house in the capital of the respective province for the residence of the head of the state. month will be provided as specified by the Government of Nepal.

(3) The Government of Nepal will carry out the maintenance and repair of government housing as per sub-section (1).

(4) For the house as per sub-section (1) Appropriate furniture will be arranged by the Government of Nepal.
